The Show Must Go On

Now Tartanic tours the country (stay tuned to commercial space travel) with many different, revolving participants. So when some fans get disturbed that their favorite cast member is not at a certain show they should nae fret, or presume that Tartanic has broken up.  Tartanic is forever, and has weathered many icebergs in the near decade.  Passing sad news on just causes rumors and creates havok for our reputation.  It is a bit disturbing when grapevines stretch to current or pending promoters and clients of ours.  Suffice to say, many times different casts are created and re-created to provide the best show possible while allowing everyone to have full lives with their families at the same time.  Since 2001, when things all began, there have been over thirteen different and talented drummers; and at best memory without looking up tax returns, eighteen pipers with enough chops to grace the stage in our performances that have been employed to produce this show.

Thinking of Tartanic as a band like the Beatles confuses people when the particular line-up changes--as if one of the Beatles had left the band. We have had a few “Yoko Onos” in our time (without personal offense to John Lennon’s widow despite the cliche) however, we are not the Beatles (they didn’t have bagpipes or dancers).

Tartanic is a theatrical/musical/comedy production that is owned, booked, and produced by Adrian Walter with the help of many talented people. We love our fans and we love putting on a show. The future of our show depends on you.  Specifically whether or not we can get a guy in a gorilla suit and 7 dancing camels to accompany the woman who plays the saw, dances the Charleston and balances a sword on her head.  Let us know.

(Seriously… let us know.  You are sitting at a computer right now… duh.)
